Each year, the Builder’s Association of the Twin Cities honors member builders for their excellence in home building. Gorham Companies have been honored to receive many of these awards over the years.

Gorham Companies are proud to have been two time winners of the prestigious “Builder of the Year” award, given by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities. This award is judged upon trust, communication, loyalty and ethics in business dealings with member companies.

Throughout the years, the Gorhams have also been recipients of the Reggie Award of Excellence. This award was established to recognize outstanding achievements by member builders in the Builders Association of the Twin Cities. Reggie Award winners are judged by their toughest critics…fellow builders, on the home’s design, construction quality and value.

The Gorham family has also won numerous Trillium Awards, which are given by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities to honor builder/subcontractor teams who work together to build your new home.
